Posh Spice Grows Up, Grows On Me

While working with Elle magazine, I've really created an eye for style and fashion trends. I've been handling accessories that I will someday be able to afford-- from Hermes to Louboutin, to the beautiful bags of Nancy Gonzalez and Marc Jacobs, to the endless costume/fine jewlery from all of my new favorites: Fenton, Greg Wolff, and Chanel.

The Rivalries End... for Most

Wednesday night, MTV presented the finale of The Challenge: Rivals. If you haven't had the chance to watch this finale, don't read this- it includes who wins. This finale had the highest ratings in six seasons, with 2.4 million viewers- that's 71% higher than last year's finale. So, from the girl who watches every season of the Real World, and then awaits every Challenge, my heart was set on Paula and Evelyn finally getting to the finish line. Wedding bells are ringing all over the world as the season is wrapping up. As we know, this week Kim K tied the knot with hubby, Kris Humphries. Chely Wright marries Lauren Blitzer, and Donald Fasion proposed to long-time girlfriend Cacee Cobb. While white is still fresh in our mind, I decided to flash back to my favorite successful, beautiful and not so successful (and one not so beautiful) celeb "I Do's," and add who wore what-- because you know you googled it the next morning.

It is finally that time. On Saturday, Kim Kardashian will finally vow to spend forever with Kris Humphris while her line of K bridesmaids in any color but green dresses will be by her side. We all can't wait for the wedding, and even more to see it in October on E!

Alright ladies and gents, I spent my Thursday night aimlessly wandering the streets of Manhattan with a girlfriend from back home. So today was my first full day living in the city, and I spent it wandering the streets of Brooklyn. What I saw, was fashion-- some hot, some not so much, but it made me think of the ways that the fashion really does come full circle over time. So, Today is my last day as an editorial intern at Syracuse New Times. I am beginning a fall internship at Elle Magazine on Tuesday of next week, so off to NYC in (wow) two days!
